Our director, Stephané Burger, provides a unique fusion of expertise and practical empathy.
As a qualified assessor and instructional designer, she ensures every educational plan is pedagogically sound. This knowledge is grounded by her extensive management background and, most importantly, her creative and practical hands-on experience supporting neurodiverse children through all learning phases.
Kate Allen
Her business partner, Kate Allen, a trained occupational therapist, perfectly balances this academic and structural expertise. Her clinical understanding of developmental milestones, sensory integration, and the diverse learning styles that make each child unique is crucial. As a Career Direct Consultant, she consistently connects this foundational work to your child’s future goals.
